Who owns the intellectual property and the source code?
You do. Every agreement includes IP assignment: all code, designs and documentation produced for you belong to your company from the moment they are created. Work happens in your repositories and cloud accounts whenever possible, and we sign an NDA before any discovery.
What time zone does the team work in?
Atlantic Standard Time (UTC−4) all year. That is the same as US Eastern Daylight Time in summer and one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time in winter, so your team overlaps the entire East Coast workday.
How fast can a developer or a team start?
